第十二届全国人大常务委员会第二十五次会议审议通过了《中华人民共和国中医药法》

为我国中医药事业的发展提供了法律保障。这部法律的出台在中医药发展史上具有里程碑意义。采用多源流分析理论

对中医药法政策制定过程中的问题源流（中医药事业面临的新的问题与挑战）、政策源流（政府和学者的积极探索）、政治源流（国民情绪和执政党理念等）进行梳理

对政策之窗的开启进行分析

为政策的制定过程提供了新的解释视角。

Abstract

On December 25

2016

the 25 th Meeting of the Twelfth Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress reviewed and passed the Chinese Medicine Law of People’s Republic of China which has provided legal guarantee for the development of Chinese medicine in our country. The promulgation of this law is a landmark in the history of the development of Chinese medicine. The article used multiple-streams theory to sort out the source of the problem

the source of the policy and the origin of the politics in the process of formulating the TCM law and analyze the opening of the policy window in order to provide a theoretical basis for the introduction of this law.
