热敏灸临床中存在着诸多的动态变化现象

具体表现为热敏腧穴的动态变化、热敏灸感的动态变化以及消敏灸量的动态变化等。这些动态变化表现各异

临床实践中把握这些动态现象

树立热敏灸动态观

对于艾灸疗效的提高具有重要意义。从艾灸临床实践出发

介绍热敏灸动态观的临床验证

认为重视医患间的沟通交流是获得动态信息的有效途径;医生遵循个体化施灸原则的同时

应重视个体化与标准化的有机结合;同时应注重热敏灸动态观与中医学整体观之间的统一。

Abstract

There are many dynamic changes in heat sensitive moxibustion in clinical practice

such as the dynamic change of heat sensitive acupoints

the dynamic change of heat sensitive moxibustion feeling and the dynamic change of the quantity of heat sensitive moxibustion and so on. These dynamic changes are different. It is of great significance to improve the curative effect of moxibustion to grasp these dynamic phenomena and to set up the dynamic view of heat sensitive moxibustion in clinical practice. Based on the clinical practice of moxibustion

this paper introduced the clinical verification of the dynamic view of heat sensitive moxibustion. It is thought that paying attention to the communication between doctors and patients is an effective way to obtain dynamic information; while doctors follow the principle of individualized moxibustion

they should attach importance to the organic combination of individualization and standardization; at the same time

they should pay attention to the unity of the dynamic view of heat-sensitive moxibustion and the overall view of traditional Chinese medicine.
