Empirical Research Status of Three Key Scientific Issues of Constitution in Traditional Chinese Medicine
and "adjustable"are three key scientific issues of constitution in traditional Chinese medicine( TCM)
and these three issues are carried out around by most of researches about constitution in TCM. This paper reviewed the representative empirical researches about these three issues. In the aspect of "separable"issue
the large sample of epidemiological studies mostly aimed physical examination people
and there were no plenty of researches about combined constitution. For the issue of "disease-related"
the common researches aimed the relationship between one disease and constitutions
so the multiple diseases
multiple outcome indicators and the systematic review are the good directions of future researches. About the "adjustable"issue
the researches with different targets
methods
and outcomes were not rare
but the number of intervention objects
the length of intervention cycles and the observation of intervention intensity should be noticed in the further studies.
