Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shidao Tongjie Granule（ 食道通结颗粒） combined with Omeprazole in the treatment of esophageal cancer postoperative reflux esophagitis. Methods Sixty esophageal cancer patients with reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into control group（ 30 patients） and treatment group（ 30 patients）. The control group was given control Granule with omeprazole

and the treatment group was given Shidao Tongjie Granule with omeprazole. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks. The main symptom scores

and 60% in the control group. The treatment group was significantly higher than the control group（ P <0. 05）. The main symptom scores and TCM symptom score of two groups were significantly lower after treatment（ P <0. 05）; The scores of poststernal discomfort and food reflux symptoms and TCM symptom scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P < 0. 05）. The KPS scores of two groups were increased after treatment

and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group（ P < 0. 05）. Conclusion Shidao Tongjie Granule combined with Omeprazole in the treatment of esophageal cancer postoperative reflux esophagitis can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of postoperative cancer patients with reflux esophagitis. The clinical curative effect is better than that of omeprazole alone.
