Development and Test for Reliability and Validity of Children Anorexia Symptom Score Questionnaire
Objective To develop the symptom integral questionnaire for infantile anorexia
and analyze its reliability and validity. Methods By searching relevant literature
discussing with the core group
questionnaire item pool was formed
and the initial scale was built. Totally 150 cases of children with infantile anorexia were survived
and reliability and validity of questionnaire was evaluated by correlation coefficient
Crowns Bach coefficient method
and factor analysis method. Results The questionnaire of symptoms of anorexia in children was composed of 28 items
testretes coefficient of which were more than 0. 7( P < 0. 01). The Cronbach’s α of the table was 0. 978. After the items were deleted from each item
the comparison showed that all items could not reduce the internal consistency of the general table. The content validity analysis showed that the correlation coefficients of 28 items and scales were larger than 0. 6
which had a strong correlation. Exploratory factor analysis results showed that the eigenvalues of first four principal components were all ≥ 1
with cumulative contribution rate of 80. 09%
so the first four common factors were selected. Conclusion The symptom integral questionnaire for infantile anorexia has good reliability and validity
and can well reflect the symptoms of anorexia in children.
