摘要

目的观察定喘汤对呼吸道合胞病毒（RSV）感染大鼠病毒载量及细胞免疫的影响。方法将36只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、利巴韦林组和定喘汤组

每组9只。除正常组外

其余各组大鼠采用经鼻腔接种RSV Long株病毒液方法制备RSV感染大鼠模型。造模后定喘汤组予定喘汤2 g/（kg·d）

利巴韦林组予利巴韦林颗粒1 mg/（kg·d）

正常组与模型组予等体积生理盐水灌胃

均每日1次

共7天。检测各组大鼠灌胃第3、5、7天肺组织病毒载量及外周血CD3

、CD4

、CD8

、CD4

/CD8

水平。结果定喘汤组、利巴韦林组各时间点肺组织病毒载量均低于模型组（P

0.05）。与正常组比较

模型组第3、5天外周血CD3

水平

第5天CD4

水平

第5、7天CD8

水平

第7天CD4

/CD8

值降低（P

0.05）。与模型组比较

利巴韦林组第7天CD8

水平升高

定喘汤组第5天CD4

水平升高、第7天CD4

0.05）。结论定喘汤可有效降低RSV感染大鼠肺组织病毒载量

对外周血免疫抑制细胞具有良好的调节作用

且存在一定的时间-效应关系。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of Dingchuan Decoction（定喘汤） on viral load and cellular immunity of respiratory syncytial virus（ RSV） infected pneumonia rats. Methods A total of 36 wistar rats were divided into normal group

model group

ribavirin group and Dingchuan Decoction group with 9 rats for each group.Except for the normal group

rats in the other groups were treated with RSV Long strain virus liquid by intranasal route to prepare RSV infected rat models. After modeling

Dingchuan Decoction group was given Dingchuan Decoction 2 g/（ kg·d）

ribavirin group was given ribavirin granules 1 mg/（ kg·d）

and normal group as well as model group were given intragastric administration of equal volume of normal saline once a day for 7 days. On the 3 rd

0. 05）.Conclusion Dingchuan Decoction can effectively reduce the viral load of RSV infected rats and it can regulate the immune inpressing cell in peripheral blood infected

and it has a certain time-effect relationship.
