Bibliometric Analysis of Acupoint Zusanli(ST36) Sensitization in Recent 10 Years
Objective To analyze the research status of Zusanli( ST36) sensitization based on bibliometrics. Methods Literatures on Zusanli( ST36) sensitization from January 2007 to December 2016 were searched in the Chinese Biomedical Literature Database
China National Knowledge Infrastructure( CNKI)
Wanfang Pharmaceutical Journal Database
VIP Chinese Science and Technology Journal Full-text Database
Pub Med
Embase and Cochrane Library. Bibliometric analysis was conducted for the distribution of the year
the experimental design( sample size
type of research
research method)
the research content( sensitization form
sensitization of systemic diseases
various sensitization tests and site distribution). Results A total of 109 articles were included. From 2007 to 2011
the amount of literature was in a state of growth and reached its peak in 2011. The cumulative number of literatures was 46. The trend in the following five years was slightly fluctuating
and the number of literatures was 63. A single group of samples were from 6 to 172 patients with an average of 40 cases; the study type was mainly randomized controlled trial( 71)
followed by case observation research( 17); the research method was mainly exploratory( 57)
and supplement with the intervention study( 48). The sensitization forms involved heat sensitivity
electrosensitivity
pain sensitivity
pressure sensitivity
chemical sensitivity
sound sensitivity
and photosensitivity. Among them
heat sensitive research is more( 82); involving spleen and stomach
liver and gallbladder
qi
blood and fluid and limb meridian diseases
etc.
among which the studies qi
blood and fluid diseases accounted most( 37); the sensitization sites were mainly concentrated around the acupoints( 102 times). Conclusion The general trend of the sensitization phenomenon of Zusanli( ST36) is fluctuating
and the research content is relatively simple. The experimental design and evaluation criteria need to be further improved.
