摘要

重视临床研究是中医药寻求创新发展的重要途径。梳理近十年国内中医药临床研究发展现状

指出中医药临床研究已由最初的数量增多开始向质量提升转变

但仍存在诸多现实性问题

包括中医药临床研究基础薄弱

如研究目标不明确、方法选择不恰当、实施与质量控制不到位、结果展示不规范、证据转化应用不足

以及中医药临床研究适宜方法有待探索。据此提出多层面协作提高中医药临床研究水平、多学科理念方法交叉与整合的中医药临床研究发展策略。

Abstract

Paying attention to clinical research is an important way for traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） to seek innovative development. This article briefly summarized the current situation of clinical research on TCM in the past 10 years and pointed out that the clinical research on TCM turned from the increasing of quantity to the improving of quality. However

there still existed many practical problems

including the weak foundation of clinical research on TCM and the absence of related appropriate methods of TCM clinical research. This paper proposed corresponding development strategies

including multi-level cooperation and interdisciplinary communication to achieve a higher level of TCM clinical research.
