Identification of Malignant Tumors from the Perspective of “Yin and Yang”
it has such nature and pathogenic characteristic as"body yin and effect yang". The core pathogenesis is yin and yang disorders. The syndrome differentiation of malignant tumors should base on the syndrome differentiation of yin and yang. It is necessary to pay attention to the combination of local tumors differentiation and the overall human disease resistance. The reconciliation of yin and yang is the general principle of treatment. For the early stage patients
the results of local differentiation may be used to"damage the tumor body and destroy its effect". For patients with systemic symptoms
we should determine the main decoction by focusing on overall syndrome differentiation
supplemented by local syndrome differentiation. Then we could modify the decoction on the basis of simultaneous disease and following disease.
