摘要

目的观察补肾益心片联合西药干预高血压病伴2型糖尿病早期肾损害肾虚证患者的临床疗效。方法纳入高血压病伴糖尿病早期肾损害肾虚证患者100例随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例。对照组给予钙离子拮抗剂（或+β受体阻滞剂、利尿剂）+降血糖药。治疗组在对照组基础上加用补肾益心片。两组均治疗12周。比较两组患者治疗前后血压、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、尿微量白蛋白（mALB）、尿白蛋白与肌酐比值（ACR）、胱抑素C （CysC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、磷脂酶A2 （PLA2）、肌酐（Cr）

并评价中医单项症状疗效。结果与治疗前比较

治疗组治疗后PLA2、LDL-C、舒张压和收缩压舒、CysC、mALB、ACR明显降低（P <0. 05）

且治疗组治疗后LDL-C、CysC、mALB、ACR明显低于对照组（P <0. 05）。两组各中医单项症状疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P <0. 05）

治疗组优于对照组。结论补肾益心片具有心肾保护作用

对于早期肾损害及降低心血管风险安全有效。

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Yixin Tablets（补肾益心片） combined with western medicine in the interference of treating hypertension and type 2 diabetes patients with early renal damage and kidney deficiency syndrome.Methods A total of 100 hypertension and type 2 diabetes patients with early renal damage and kidney deficiency syndrome were randomly assigned into a treatment and a control group

50 cases in each group.The controll group was given calcium antagonist（or + diuretic and beta blocker） + hypoglycemic agent.Bushen Yixin Tablets was additionally administered to the treatemtn group.The treatment course was 12 weeks for two groups.The blood pressure

glycosylated hemoglobin（HbA1 c）

urinary microalbumin（m ALB）

urinary albumin to creatinine ratio（ACR）

cystatin C（CysC）

low density lipoprotein cholesterin（LDL-C） and phospholipase A2（PLA2）

creatinine（Cr） were compared before and after treatment.And the evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） single syndrome efficacy was conducted.Results Compared with before treatment

the PLA2

LDL-C

diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure

CysC

m ALB and ACR were significantly decreased in the treatment group（P<0.05）

and the LDL-C

CysC

m ALB and ACR were decreased more significantly in the treatment group than in the control group（P<0.05）.There were significant differences in the efficacy of TCM single syndrome between the groups（P<0.05）

and the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion Bushen Yixin Tablets has function of protecting heart and kidney

and it can safely and effectively improve renal function and effective reduce cardiovascular risk.
