摘要

血瘀体质对于众多疾病的发生具有倾向性

依据"方-体相应"的理论对血瘀体质人群早干预早治疗

可将血瘀体质相关疾病的防治关口前移

为血瘀体质相关疾病的防治提供新的思路。中医辨治血瘀体质常见有虚瘀体质、痰瘀体质和气滞血瘀体质三种类型

可分别用当归活血散、双合汤和川归汤调治。中医血瘀体质养生调护则包括饮食调养、运动调节和情志调节。

Abstract

The blood-stasis physique has a tendency to suffer from many diseases. Therefore

the theory of"correlation between prescription and physique"is put forward to intervene and treat people of blood stasis physique as early as possible

which can move the barrier of prevention and treatment of blood-stasis physique related diseases forward and provide a new idea for the prevention and treatment of blood-stasis physique related diseases. Traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） treatment of blood stasis physique has three types

i. e. deficiency with stasis physique

phlegm with stasis physique and qi stagnation and blood stasis physique. It can be treated with Danggui Huoxue Powder（当归活血散）

Shuanghe Decoction（双合汤） and Chuangui Decoction（川归汤） respectively. TCM health care for people with blood stasis physique includes balanced diet

exercise regulation and emotional regulation.
