Discussion on Formulating Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Practice Guidelines for Primary Doctors
With the continuous advancement of the medical system reform of China
it is imperative to improve the primary traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) medical service level. Currently
grassroots doctors have limited knowledge of TCM
and cannot adopt standardized diagnostic or treatment of TCM. However
the relevant guidelines have poor guidance for primary doctors
which has become a major obstacle to primary TCM services. Therefore
according to the characteristics of primary medical care and the advantages of TCM
it is necessary to formulate the primary clinical practice guidelines of TCM. The working group needs to clarify the key principles of regarding grassroots doctors as the users
and then conduct the guidelines after fully researching the primary medical environment. Meanwhile
guidelines also needs to pay attention to the TCM specific diagnosis and treatment methods
perfect the referral instructions
and guide the grassroots doctors through the combination of graphic and textual methods to standardize the diagnosis and treatment of primary Chinese medicine.
