摘要

恶性肿瘤患者尤其是中晚期患者存在普遍的高凝状态

高凝状态可以促进肿瘤转移、引起静脉血栓栓塞症等一系列并发症

是引起肿瘤患者死亡的重要因素。导致高凝状态的中医病因病机包括因虚致瘀、因实致瘀、因毒致瘀及出血致瘀。针对肿瘤患者高凝状态的中医治疗方法包括中药汤药治疗、中成药及中药注射液治疗及针灸治疗

对恶性肿瘤高凝状态的中医药干预治疗进行简要评述。

Abstract

High coagulation is common in patients with malignant tumors

especially in patients with middle and advanced stage tumors. High coagulation can promote tumor metastasis and cause a series of complications such as venous thromboembolism

which are important factors leading to the death of tumor patients. The traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） etiology and pathogenesis that leading to high coagulation include blood stasis due to deficiency

blood stasis due to excess

blood stasis due to toxicity

blood stasis due to bleeding. The TCM treatment for high coagulation of tumor patients includes TCM decoction treatment

Chinese patent medicine

TCM injection and acupuncture. This paper briefly reviewed the TCM intervention treatment of high coagulation state of malignant tumor.
