摘要

在心血管疾病现代诊治水平取得长足进步的背景下

中医药仍能够广泛应用于临床

独特疗效优势应是其传承发展的根基。由于缺乏符合现代医学科学要求的循证证据

中医药治疗心血管疾病的临床价值尚未得到足够重视。通过梳理近年来中医药治疗心血管疾病的相关临床注册试验及基础研究

分别从中医药治疗高血压、冠心病、心律失常、心力衰竭的有效性、安全性及相关机制研究方面进行评估和分析

以期为中医药在心血管疾病治疗中的合理应用提供依据。

Abstract

With the rapid progress in modern medicine

traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） is still widely used in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. The unique therapeutic effect of TCM is the fundamental basis for its inheritance and development. Due to the lack of evidence of evidence-based medicine in line with modern scientific requirements

the value of TCM in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease has not received enough attention. Here this paper comprehensively combed relevant clinical registration and basic research on TCM treatment of cardiovascular diseases

evaluated and analyzed from the efficacy

safety and related mechanisms of TCM in the treatment of hypertension

coronary heart disease

arrhythmia

heart failure

providing support for the rational application of TCM in the treatment cardiovascular diseases.
