Idea and Method of Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with the Theory of “Five Internal Organs Communicating”
The occurrence and development of chronic atrophic gastritis( CAG) is closely related to the five-zang organs
besides the cause of stomach. Failure of spleen qi ascending
and dysfunction of spleen transportation are the root causes of disease. The liver fails to regulate and wood depression with earth accumulation are the important pathogens. The heart lack of regulation and nourishment
obstruction due to depression and stagnation are the main disease causes. The lung fails to disperse and purification and disharmony of the lung and stomach are the important inducements. Inherent shortage
kidney deficiency and loss of nourishment are the key of difficult to recover. It is believed that in the clinical treatment
harmonizing and ascending stomach qi and using the method of "communicating and regulating five-zang organs"
