摘要

乌头碱类中药为临床治疗心力衰竭（心衰）的常用药

但因其极易引起心律失常等毒副反应

临床应用受到了限制。心肌细胞肌浆网的钙循环异常是心力衰竭发病的主要原因之一。乌头碱改善心衰的效应及其毒副反应的机制均与心肌细胞内钙调节密切相关。针刺通过调节和调动体内的内源性机制从而发挥治疗作用

因此可以改善心肌细胞内钙调机制异常

减少毒副作用的产生。以心肌细胞内钙调机制为切入点

分析心衰病理机制、乌头碱及针刺效应与心肌细胞钙调机制之间的关系

探讨针刺联合乌头碱改善心力衰竭的新思路

以期为针刺与乌头碱联合治疗心力衰竭开辟一条有效安全的新途径。

Abstract

Chinese materia medica with aconitine is commonly used in clinical treatment of heart failure（HF）

but it is easy to cause arrhythmia and other toxic and side effects

which limits its clinical application. Abnormal calcium circulation in sarcoplasmic reticulum（SR） of cardiomyocytes is one of the main causes of heart failure. Efficacy of aconitine in improving heart failure and its mechanisms of toxic and side effects are closely related to calcium regulation in cardiomyocytes. Acupuncture can improve the abnormal calcium regulation mechanisms in cardiomyocytes by playing a therapeutic role of regulating and mobilizing endogenous mechanisms in the body

so it can reduce the occurrence of toxic and side effects. Based on the calcium regulation mechanisms in cardiomyocytes

this paper discusses the relationship among the pathological mechanism of heart failure

aconitine

acupuncture efficacy and calcium regulation mechanisms in cardiomyocytes

and explores a new idea on acupuncture combined with aconitine in improving heart failure. It is expected to open up an effective and safe way for the combination of acupuncture and aconitine in the treatment of heart failure.
