摘要

选取《诸病源候论》原书卷二第四十二候"风头眩"

运用文献梳理法重点对风头眩8条运动康复处方的内容和特点进行还原和阐述

并探讨风头眩运动处方临床康复应用的新思路

旨在为现代临床疾病康复提供多元化、自主化的中医运动康复方式。

Abstract

In the On the Origin of Various Diseases（诸病源候论）

original volume 2

the 42 nd syndrome of the "Feng Tou Xuan Syndrome"（风头眩

dizziness） was selected

and the method of literature review was used to focus on restoring and elaborating the content and characteristics of the 8 sports rehabilitation prescriptions. The new idea of the clinical rehabilitation application of the excercise formula aims to provide diversified and autonomous excercising methods for modern clinical disease rehabilitation.
