Zhizi Xiehuo Jieyu Decoction（栀子泻火解郁汤） and Gualou Huatan Jieyu Decoction（瓜蒌化痰解郁汤） were drew up; the methods of changing essence into qi

pulse diagnosis and inquiry were advocated; four types of medicine treatments were combined

such as calming the heart and tranquilizing the mind

which often can improve the therapeutic efficacy.
