摘要

基于中医疫病学历代文献对"温疫""寒疫""湿疫"的相关论述

结合目前已有的新型冠状病毒肺炎（简称新冠肺炎）相关研究

探讨本次新冠肺炎的疾病属性。从季节和气候特点、病毒特性、临床症状、方药验证等方面分析

认为本次新冠肺炎更符合寒疫特征

在新冠肺炎病因之"燥""湿"关系中

"燥"邪居于主要地位;同时提出本病可分为两个阶段

2019年11—12月属于寒燥疫

2020年1月及以后属于寒湿疫。

Abstract

Based on the relevant expositions of "warm pestilence"

"cold pestilence" and "dampness pestilence" in the literature of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）

the existing literature related to coronavirus disease（COVID-19） was combined to explore the disease attributes of COVID-19. From the analysis of seasonal and climatic characteristics

virus characteristics

clinical symptoms

and prescription verification

it is believed that COVID-19 is more in line with the characteristics of cold pestilence. In the "dryness" and "dampness" relationship

the cause of COVID-19

the "dryness" evil dominates. At the same time

it is proposed that the disease can be divided into two stages

from November to December 2019 belonging to the cold dry disease

and January 2020 and later belonging to cold and dampness pestilence.
