Methods of Clinical Inquiry in Gynecology of Traditional Chinese Medicine
Inquiry is one of the means by which doctors get a purposeful and step-by-step access to the patient′s condition and understand the current status of the disease
thereby providing a diagnostic basis for disease identification and syndrome differentiation
which can measure the level of doctor diagnosis and treatment. In the process of inquiry
we should not only pay attention to the causes and consequences of the disease itself
but also comprehensively consider the impact of diseases in other disciplines on the current disease
which is the embodiment of a rigorous logical thinking process. Inquiry should be the main process of collecting information
and inspection
listening or smell
and pulse manifestation should be used to get information. Meanwhile the collection of non-symptomatic information should be focused. Proficiency in the specific methods of inquiry in clinic is of great significance for improving clinical efficacy.
