Study on the Characteristics of Microcirculation of Governor Vessel Skin in Patients with Chronic Gastritis:Based on Pressure Pain Measurement
Objective To compare the difference of skin microcirculation blood perfusion volume(MBPV) at the lowest tenderness threshold of T

spinous processes in the dorsal segment of Governor Vessel of patients with chronic gastritis and healthy subjects. Methods A total of 30 patients with chronic gastritis were in the gastritis group
and 20 healthy people were in the healthy group. Through the method of electronic pressure pain measurement
the tenderness values were measured under the spinous processes of the T

segment of the veins of the subjects in the gastritis group and the healthy group
the corresponding 4-inch non-acupoints and the L

segments of the 2 groups of governor veins as the test points were selected
and the corresponding 4-inch side of the test points and the L
3
spinous process was used as the control points
and a three-channel laser Doppler flowmeter Record the MBPV of the test and control points were used. The pain measurement values and MBPV of the test points and control points of the 2 groups were compared
and the correlation analysis between the pain measurement values of both groups and the corresponding MBPV was performed. Results Compared with T

MBPV increased significantly at the lowest pain threshold(P

segment of the lowest pain point under the spinous process in the gastrointestinal group and the 4-inch MBPV were significantly increased(P

segment were correlated with the corresponding pain measurement points(P

0.01)
and there is no correlation between L

spinous processes(P
>
0.05); MBPV at all points in the healthy group and their respective pain thresholds has no correlation(P
