Review of Researches on the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia By Regulating the Liver and the Spleen During Recent 20 Years
Functional dyspepsia(FD) is located in the stomach and is related to the liver and spleen. Liver and spleen disorders are the key to its pathogenesis. Regulating the liver and spleen is the basic treatment method. Through combing and analyzing the clinical research and basic research literature of the treatment of FD by regulating the liver and regulating the spleen in the past two decades
it is proposed that the diagnosis
cause and pathogenesis
and syndrome type are clear
and the method of regulating the liver and the spleen is effective in treating FD. The treatment method can play important role in improving gastrointestinal motility
reducing visceral hypersensitivity
repairing the structure and function of the duodenum
