摘要

2020年心血管疾病研究依然是中医药治疗活跃的领域之一

通过追踪检索中国临床试验注册中心和美国临床试验注册中心2019年以来注册的中医药治疗心血管疾病的临床研究

并重点梳理近5年国家自然科学基金资助的心血管疾病相关基础研究及成果报道

分别分析并评价中医药治疗冠心病、高血压病、心力衰竭及心律失常的研究进展

旨在聚焦研究热点、把握研究方向。

Abstract

The exploration of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） for treatment of cardiovascular diseases is still one of the hot issues in 2020. This review retrieved the recent registered clinical studies on TCM for treatment of cardiovascular diseases in two clinical trial registries（http://www.chictr.org.cn; https://clinicaltrials.gov） since 2019; and summarized the basic researches funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China in recent five years and the related published articles. Based on the data collected

this paper analyzed the research progress of TCM for treatment of coronary heart disease

hypertension

heart failure

and arrhythmia; figured out the research hotspots; and pointed out the research directions.
