摘要

总结李士懋教授从湿热论治中风的临证经验。认为中风多与各种因素导致的脾胃湿热内蕴有关，提出从脾胃湿热内蕴论治中风的观点。脾胃湿热内蕴为中风的常见始动因素，湿热内蕴、脉络阻滞、肝风内动为湿热中风的主要病机，并且脾胃湿热常贯穿于中风病程的始终。在辨证诊治中强调化痰、解表、补虚，临证选用“薛氏4号方”化裁治疗湿热中风效果显著。

The internal accumulation of damp-heat in the spleen and stomach is found to be the initiating factor of stroke， and usually goes through the whole process of the disease； therefore， it is believed that stroke is mostly associated with internal accumulation of damp-heat in the spleen and stomach caused by varied factors， and the main pathogenesis of stroke is internal accumulation of damp-heat， obstruction of vessels and collaterals， and internal stirring of liver wind. Accordingly， stroke should be treated from the perspective of spleen-stomach internal accumulation of damp-heat， and the method of dissolving phlegm， releasing the exterior and supplementing deficiency is recommended.
