摘要

清肺排毒汤由麻杏石甘汤、小柴胡汤、射干麻黄汤、五苓散四首经方化裁而成，作为通用方被列为新型冠状病毒肺炎中医临床治疗期首选，且临床观察疗效确切。对该方所涵盖的四首经方的古今治疫应用情况进行梳理，挖掘各方在治疗疫病中涉及的病因、病机、证治规律，探析清肺排毒汤选择四首经方化裁的理论依据，为清肺排毒汤的临床拓展应用提供参考。

Abstract

Qingfei Paidu Decoction

（清肺排毒汤， QPD） is prescribed based on four classical formulas including

Maxing Shigan Decoction

（麻杏石甘汤），

Xiaochaihu Decoction

（小柴胡汤），

Shegan Mahuang Decoction

（射干麻黄汤）， and

Wuling Powder

（五苓散）， and is taken as a general formula and first choice for the treatment of coronavirus disease 2019 （COVID-19） in traditional Chinese medicine due to definite clinical effect. This paper reviewed the application of four classical formulas in treating epidemics and summarized the etiology， pathogenesis， syndrome differentiation and treatment principles， thereby exploring the theoretical basis of the modification of four classical formulas into QPD

and providing reference for the clinical application of QPD.
