摘要

分析国内外过敏性鼻炎患者报告结局（AR-PRO）量表的特点和适用性。目前AR-PRO量表多为国外研制，分为症状评分、症状药物结合评分、疾病控制评分和生存质量评分4种，其中疾病控制和生存质量评分相关量表/问卷种类较多、质量参差不齐。症状评分和症状药物结合评分多采用4级评分法对症状进行评估；疾病控制和生存质量评分量表/问卷主要包含症状、活动能力、睡眠障碍、心理情感等领域，条目数为4～36个。量表评价主要采用信度、效度及反应度等经典测量理论，缺乏现代测量理论的应用。因此，有待开展系统评价研究，筛选高质量AR-PRO的量表/问卷；同时结合现代测量理论，研制基于我国文化背景的病证结合模式AR-PRO量表/问卷，为过敏性鼻炎疗效评价提供有效测评工具。

Abstract

This paper analyzed the characteristics and applicability of scales for assessing allergic rhinitis-related patient-reported outcomes （AR-PRO）. At present， AR-PRO scales are mostly developed abroad and can be divided into four categories including symptom score， combined symptom and medication score， disease control score and quality of life score. Among them， disease control and quality of life scales or questionnaires are varied and uneven in quality. Symptom score and combined symptom and medication score mostly use 4-grade scoring system to evaluate the symptoms. Disease control and quality of life scale or questionnaire mainly include symptoms， activity ability， sleep disorder， psychological and emotion， and other domains， with 4 to 36 items.Classical test theory approach is used to estimate reliability， validity， responsiveness， and others， lacking the application of modern test theory. Therefore， a systematic evaluation study is needed to screen the AR-PRO scales or questionnaires of high quality. Moreover， the modern test theory should be referred to， and the Chinese cultural background should be taken fully into account， so as to develop the AR-PRO scales or questionnaires combining the disease and syndromes， and provide an evaluation tool for assessing the effectiveness of treatment of AR.
