摘要

通过梳理相关文献，根据元气论和系统论理论，认为三焦作为一个功能存在，最大的特点是腔，是人体气化作用的主要场所，并通过引进“谐振腔”原理，提出三焦的功能决定了脏腑生成的理论；同时认为三焦辨证应结合病性和病位，并将其分为上焦气实、上焦气虚，中焦气实、中焦气虚，下焦气实、下焦气虚。运用系统辨证脉学结合三焦理论对“上焦气实”和“上焦气虚”进行探析，认为二者病因根本上与情志因素相关，病机本质上均为上焦气化功能异常，气机运行紊乱，并提出开胸顺气的治则，方用加味瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加减。

Abstract

According to literature review and the theory of original

deficiency， and it is found that the etiology of them are both fundamentally related to the emotional factors， and the pathogenesis is essentially the abnormal function of upper

jiao
