摘要

冠状动脉心肌桥可导致心绞痛症状反复发作，甚至诱发心肌梗死、心脏骤停等严重不良心血管事件，往往需要长期、连续的疾病管理。在回顾冠状动脉心肌桥相关研究的基础上，深入分析中医学关于心肌桥的辨治思路与慢病管理优势，提出将其归属于中医学“胸痹心痛”论治，并首先参照中医胸痹心痛对心肌桥进行疾病分期，再以气血辨证为核心采用多种中医适宜技术进行综合干预，最终实现医患合作的疾病管理，从而构建心肌桥的中医综合慢病管理模式，为心肌桥的慢病管理提供参考。

Abstract

The myocardial briding of mural coronary artery （MB-MCA）can lead to repeated episodes of angina and may even induce serious adverse cardiovascular events such as myocardial infarction and cardiac arrest， for which often long-term and continuous disease management is needed. This paper reviewed the researches on MB-MCA， explored the syndrome differentiation and treatment ideas of MB-MCA in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）， and discussed the advantages of chronic disease management. It is proposed that MB-MCA belongs to the category of “chest

（痹） and heart pain” in TCM. In clinical practice， the stage of MB-MCA should be determined first by referring to the characteristics of “chest

（痹） and heart pain”. Based on the theory of

-blood pattern differentiation， a comprehensive treatment including multiple TCM techniques is then implemented， to ultimately achieve doctor-patient shared disease management and to develop the management model of MB-MCA with comprehensive TCM therapies， all of which provides reference for management of MB-MCA.
