摘要

作为中华优秀传统文化的代表，中医药具有民族性、历史性、现实性和活态性特征。中医药文化活态性的基本特征决定了中医药文化的传承不应是静止的、凝固的，而是发展的、鲜活的。通过分析中医活态传承的内涵、意义和目标，提出活态传承的根脉是中医药文化，灵魂是名老中医学术思想和医德医风，主体是名老中医临床经验和诊疗技术。认为应当从强化中医经典传承、加强中医药文化宣传，改革名老中医临床跟诊模式，并利用大数据、云计算等手段挖掘名老中医隐性知识等方面构建多维度、多途径的中医活态传承体系，从而推动中医药的规模化、智能化和集约化发展。

Abstract

As a representative feature of Chinese traditional culture， traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） is characterized by the nationality， historicity， reality and vitality. The basic characteristics of the vitality of TCM cluture determine that the inheritance of TCM culture should not be static and solidified， but developed and fresh. By analyzing the connotation， meaning and goal of living heritage of TCM， it is proposed that TCM culture is its root， while the academic thought and medical ethics of famous old TCM doctors are the soul， and the clinical experience as well as diagnosis and treatment technology of famous old TCM doctors are the main parts. It is suggested to build a multi-dimensional and multi-channel living heritage system of TCM by strengthening the inheritance of TCM classics， strengthening the publicity of TCM culture， reforming the clinical learning model with famous old TCM doctors， and using big data and cloud computing techniques to mine the tacit knowledge of famous old TCM doctors， thereby promoting the large-scale， intelligent and intensive development of TCM.
