摘要

幽门螺杆菌（Hp）长期慢性感染能够诱发胃黏膜炎症，与胃炎、消化性溃疡和胃癌的发生、发展密切相关。通过分析黏蛋白5AC（MUC5AC）与Hp黏附的关系，认为Hp具有“湿热”性质，可消灼具有“津液”属性的MUC5AC，降低其表达量，从而发生胃内定植。初步提出在中医药抑制Hp黏附中，应扶正以祛邪，重视养阴清热法的运用，以甘淡、甘寒之药，滋补脾胃之阴，从而化生津液。

Abstract

Long-term chronic infection of Helicobacter pylori （Hp） can induce gastric mucosal inflammation， closely related to the occurrence and development of gastritis， peptic ulcer and gastric cancer. By analyzing the relationship between Mucin （MUC） 5AC and Hp adhesion， it is considered that Hp with the nature of “dampness and heat” can disperse and scorch MUC5AC whose nature is “body fluids” and reduce its expression level， thereby leading to Hp's gastric colonization. It is initially proposed that in suppressing Hp adhesion with traditional Chinese medicine， the principle of “reinforcing healthy

to dispel pathogen” should be followed， by putting focus on “nourishing

yin

and clearing heat”， and using sweet-bland and sweet-cold herbs to enrich and nourish spleen-stomach yin and therefore generate and transform into body fluids.
