摘要

总结郑玉玲教授运用补肾护骨方治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移的临证经验。认为虚、毒、痰、湿、瘀是本病主要发病因素，肾精亏虚、癌毒凝骨为其核心病机。晚期肿瘤患者正气大衰，肾精亏虚，骨髓失养，癌毒、痰湿、瘀血相互搏结，乘虚而入，聚于骨骼，发为骨转移。临证运用自拟补肾护骨方补肾填精、护骨解毒，并根据病证特点加以化裁，疗效确切。

Abstract

This paper introduced professor ZHENG Yuling's experience in the treatment of malignant tumor bone metastasis with

Bushen Hugu Formula

（补肾护骨方）. It is believed that “deficiency， toxin， phlegm， damp， and stasis” are the main pathogenic factors，and kidney essence depletion and cancer toxin coagulating bone are the core pathogenesis. Patients with advanced tumors are in a state of greatly weakened healthy

， kidney essence depletion， and bone marrow dystrophy， when cancer toxin， phlegm-damp， and blood stasis are binded and accumulated in the bone， eventually causing bone metastasis. The self-made

Bushen Hugu Formula

has definite effects of supplementing kidney and essence， protecting bone and resolving toxins with certain modifications based on the syndromes.
