摘要

基于中医药理论，结合抗肿瘤药物及放疗、化疗引起心血管毒性相关的现代研究，认为肿瘤心脏病病位在心络，涉及肝、脾、肾，核心病机为“毒损心络”。以“毒损”为病机关键，以“络虚”为发病基础。放射线（热）及抗肿瘤药物（寒）作为“外毒”蓄于心络，影响气血、津液的运行，日久化为瘀痰等“内毒”。二者相互结合、相互转化，使“毒”结于心络而不解，发为肿瘤心脏病。
