摘要

目的

评价改良消化膏湿热敷治疗乳腺增生症伴中、重度乳房疼痛的临床疗效及安全性。

方法

将72例乳腺增生症伴中、重度乳房疼痛的患者随机分为治疗组36例及对照组35例（剔除1例）。治疗组予改良消化膏乳房局部湿热敷治疗，对照组予安慰剂湿热敷治疗，两组均每天1次，共治疗28天。比较两组患者治疗前后乳腺增生症疼痛相关症状评分，乳房肿块大小、质地、分布范围评分，乳房疼痛视觉模拟（VAS）评分，手诊最大乳房肿块直径，伴随症状评分，乳腺腺体厚度、乳腺导管最粗管径，并评价安全性。

结果

与本组治疗前比较，两组治疗后乳腺增生症疼痛相关症状评分、乳房疼痛VAS评分、伴随症状评分均较本组治疗前降低，治疗组乳房肿块大小、肿块质地及肿块分布范围评分，最大乳房肿块直径明显降低（

＜0.01），且治疗后治疗组各指标均低于对照组（

＜0.05或

＜0.01）。治疗组治疗后乳腺导管最粗管径、乳腺腺体厚度明显小于治疗前（

＜0.05）。治疗组1例在首次治疗时局部皮肤出现散在红疹，暂停治疗后红疹消失，后继续外敷治疗，未再出现其他不良反应。对照组未见不良反应。

结论

改良消化膏湿热敷可有效减轻乳腺增生症引起的乳房疼痛及触痛，软化肿块，缩小肿块及肿块分布范围，同时能够缓解乳腺增生相关的伴随症状，且安全性较好。

Abstract

Objective

To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of wet hot compress of modified

Xiaohua

Plaster

（消化膏） on hyperplasia of mammary gland with moderate to severe breast pain.

Methods

Seventy-two patients with mammary gland hyperplasia and moderate to severe breast pain were randomly divided into treatment group of 36 cases and control group of 35 cases after excluding one case. The treatment group was given wet hot compress of modified

Xiaohua

Plaster，

and the control group was treated with wet hot compress of placebo， once daily， for 28 days. The mammary gland hyperplasia-related pain symptom score， score of breast lump size， texture， and distribution， breast pain visual analog score （VAS）， the largest diameter of the breast lump measured by hand， accompanying symptom scores， mammary gland thickness， and thickest diameter of breast duct were measured and compared before and after treatment， and the safety was evaluated.

Results

After treatment， the score of mammary gland hyperplasia-related pain symptoms， breast pain VAS， accompanying symptom score， as well as score of breast lump size， texture and distribution， and the largest diameter of the breast lump were significantly reduced in both groups （

＜0.01）， and more decreases were seen in the treatment group than in the control group （

＜0.05 or

＜0.01）. The thickest diameter of breast duct and the mammary gland thickness significantly decreased after treatment in the treatment group （

＜0.05）.One case in the treatment group had scattered rash on the local skin during the first treatment， which disappeared after the treatment was suspended， and no other adverse reactions were seen in the continuous treatment.There were no adverse reactions in the control group.

Conclusion

Wet hot compress of modified

Xiaohua Plaster

can effectively relieve the breast pain and tenderness caused by mammary gland hyperplasia， soften the lump， reduce the lump and the distribution range， and can effectively relieve the associated symptoms related to breast hyperplasia， and is of good safety.
