摘要

鲜药在中医药古籍中有较广泛的临床应用记载，在中药现代临床应用中亦具有鲜明的特色。通过对实热证、虚热证、外感表证、气阴虚证及其他方面临床应用中鲜药的药性及功效的特点分析，总结鲜药应用理论包括有鲜药柔者力倍、刚者亦润，鲜药气浓力全、清润通利，鲜药取效甚捷，鲜药冻干清热之功益增、鲜药露剂轻灵之效倍显。基于临床应用特点对鲜药应用理论进行总结，可进一步丰富鲜药理论并为鲜药的临床具体应用提供参考。

Abstract

The clinical application of fresh herbs is widely recorded in ancient books， and has distinct characteristics in modern practice. This paper analyzed the nature and function characteristics of fresh herbs when applied in excess-heat syndrome， deficiency-heat syndrome， externally-contracted exterior syndrome，

yin

deficiency syndrome and others. The related application theories are summarized as follows： fresh herbs with nature of softness are more powerful in efficacy， those with nature of hardness are also moisturizing； fresh herbs has strong

and more comprehensive functions of clearing， moistening， unblocking and draining； the fresh herbs take into effect very quickly； the freezing-dried fresh herbs have improved effects of clearing heat， while the distillate of fresh herbs are more nimble. By analyzing the characteristics of clinical application of fresh herbs and summarizing the related theories， the application theory of fresh herbs can be enriched， and the clinical practice of using fresh herbs can be guided.
