摘要

总结张允岭教授论治多系统萎缩伴直立性低血压的临证经验。认为本病的根本病机为脏腑亏虚，阴阳失衡，阳不出阴。根据阴阳互根互用的关系，主张从阴阳双补法进行论治，治疗以右归丸为基本方，合参附汤益气温阳使阳出于阴以升高血压。再根据患者具体情况加减补阳、补阴及补益脏腑的药物以扶助正气，达到“治病求本”的目的。

Abstract

This paper summarized professor ZHANG Yunling's clinical experience in the treatment of multiple system atrophy （MSA） with orthostatic hypotension （OH）. It is considered that the basic pathogenesis of MSA with OH is the depletion of

zang

（脏腑） organs， imbalance between

yin

and

yang

， and

yang

not engendered by

yin.

According to the mutual rooting relationship between

yin

and

yang

， it is advocated to treat MSA with OH from the principle of supplementing both

yin

and

yang

Yougui Pill

（右归丸） is suggested to be the basic prescription， and can be used together with

Shenfu Decoction

（参附汤） to boost qi and warm

yang

， thereby making

yang

engendered by

yin

and blood pressure raised. According to the specific conditions of patients， the herbs for supplementing

yang

，

yin

zang

organs are added or subtracted to reinforce healthy

， and therefore achieve the purpose that “to treat the disease， seeking the root”.
