摘要

从脾胃学说出发，阐释“火与元气不两立”的理论内涵，并基于此探讨稳定期支气管扩张症的中医病机及治法。认为元气不足为其病机之本，阴火亢盛为其病理之变，临床治疗应注重补脾培元，升阳泻火，兼以消散痰瘀，以达治病求本之效。

Abstract

This paper explained the theoretical connotation of “fire and original

incompatibility” based on the theory of spleen and stomach， and explored the pathogenesis and treatment of stable bronchiectasis thereafter. Insufficient source

is the root cause of bronchiectasis， and

yin

fire hyperactivity affects the development and progression of it. The treatment should be supplementing spleen and banking up the source

， raising

yang

and draining fire， together with dissipating phlegm and stasis， thereby achieving the goal of treating disease by seeking the root.
