摘要

目的

研究中医药团体标准的发展现状，分析存在的问题，并对其发展提出建议。

方法

检索已发布的中医药团体标准，从发布年份、发布团体、发布数量、发布标准分类等情况进行描述性统计分析，分别计算标准老化率、交叉率、修订率。

结果

截至2020年12月31日，共检索到29个机构发布的1766项中医药团体标准，分别为中医类912项、中药类635项、信息类115项、针灸推拿类97项、其他标准7项。发布标准数量排名前五的社会团体分别为中华中医药学会（1467项）、中国中医药信息学会（110项）、中国中药协会（58项）、中国针灸学会（44项）、中国药膳研究会（21项）。标准的制定从2006年仅包括中医类，到2020年包括中医类、中药类、针灸推拿类、信息类及其他，标准的技术内容范围逐渐拓展。标准中位年龄为［3（1，8）］年，标准老化率为27.29%（482/1766），标准修订率为8.29%（101/1219），标准交叉率为3.57%（63/1766）。

结论

随着中医药团体标准逐渐受到重视，标准发布数量亦逐渐增加，但仍存在标准交叉、获取渠道不畅、修订不及时、标准质量参差不齐等问题。建议进一步加强中医药团体标准管理工作，积极开展中医药团体标准质量评价工作，加强信息平台建设，统一发布渠道。

Abstract

Objective

To summarize the status of association standards of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）， analyze the existed problems and put forward suggestions for the further development of TCM association standards.

Methods

The published TCM association standards were retrieved， and the data on publishing year， publishing associations， publishing quantity， and standards' classifications were analyzed descriptively. The standard aging rate， crossover rate， and revision rate were calculated.

Results

Upto December 31st， 2020， a total of 1766 TCM association standards were found made by 29 associations， among which there were 912 TCM standards， 635 standards related to Chinese herbal medicine， 115 information standards， 97 standards about acupuncture， moxibustion and tuina， and 7 other standards. The top five associations that published most standards were China Association of Chinese Medicine （1467 standards）， China Information Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine （110 standards）， China Association Of Traditional Chinese Medicine （58 standards）， China Association for Acupuncture and Moxibustion （44 standards）， and China Association Of Health-Protection Food （21 standards）. In 2006， only TCM association standards were released， whereas Chinese herb standards， acupuncture， moxibustion and tuina standards， TCM information standards and many other categories of standards appeared till 2020， indicating that the scope of technical content of TCM standards has been gradually expanded. The validity of standards is 3 （1， 8） years， with aging rate of 27.29% （482/1766）， revision rate of 8.29% （101/1219）， and crossover rate of 3.57% （63/1766）.

Conclusion

With the TCM association standards receiving more attention， the number of standards being issued gradually increased. However， there are still problems such as cross-standards， poor access channels， untimely revisions and uneven standard quality. It is recommended to further strengthen the management of the association standards of TCM， actively evaluate the quality of the standards， strengthen the construction of information platforms， and unify the release channels.
