摘要

小儿哮喘病在气机失调，治在调理肺气。认为痰气相搏为小儿哮喘病发作期的主要病机，其中肺气上逆、肺气壅塞是关键，降气是解除肺气上逆的主要治法；肺气升降得复，气机壅滞得解，伏痰自然得清，可达到缓解哮鸣气喘之症、平息气道挛急之象的目的。临证降气用药需注意宣降相因、散敛相佐、以和为要；外邪袭肺，气道不利，需辨清寒热；胸膈痰满，气行壅滞，需痰气同治；七情致病，枢机不利，宜肺肝同调。

Abstract

Asthma in children is caused by the disorder of

movement， and can be treated by regulating lung

. It is believed that the contention between phlegm and

is the main pathogenesis of children with asthma of attack stage， and the ascending counterflow and congestion of lung

are the key points， for which the main treatment method is to direct

downward. When the ascending counterflow of lung

is resolved， the ascending and descending of lung

will be restored， and the congestion of

movement will be rectified， thereby clearing the latent phlegm naturally， and achieving the purpose of relieving the symptoms of wheezing and asthma， and calming the phenomenon of airway constraction. When using Chinese medicinals for directing

downward， attention should be paid to the correspondence between diffusion and descent， the mutual assistant between dissipation and astringing， and the focus on harmony. When external pathogen invades the lung， and the airway is disturbed， it is necessary to differentiate cold from heat. For diaphragm fullness of phlegm，

movement is congested， and therefore phlegm and

should be treated simultaneously. In terms of diseases caused by the emotions， the cardinal is disturbed， and it is suitable to regulate the lung and the liver simultaneously.
