摘要

总结国医大师薛伯寿运用“和合”思想辨治精神压力相关高血压的临证经验。认为神不安则气机不利、五脏不和，形不和则气血失调、神乱失养，故精神压力相关高血压以形神失合为核心病机，以精神压力与血压“双压”波动且相互影响并兼见不寐、纳差为辨识要点。临证以和法论治，合其不和，形神同调；重视养生调摄，心身同治，最终达到形神合一、心身和合，而精神压力与高血压自平。

Abstract

This paper summarized traditional Chinese medicine master XUE Boshou's experience in utilizing harmony and integration thought to differentiate and treat mental stress-induced hypertension. It is believed that spirit restlessness causes disturbance of

movement and disharmony of the five viscera， while body disease causes disharmony of

and blood as well as mental disorder， so that the core disease mechanism of mental stress-induced hypertension is disharmony of the body and spirit， and the key point of pattern differentiation is the fluctuations and interactions of mental pressure and hypertension， as well as insomnia and poor appetite. Harmonization method should be selected in clinical treatment. Harmonizing the disharmony， regulating the body and spirit， attaching importance to health preservation， treating both body and mind， ultimately the unity of spirit and body， and the harmony and integration of body and mind are achieved， then the mental pressure and the hypertension are mutual-balanced.
