Discussion on the Character of Pain in Coronary Heart Disease with Blood Stasis Pattern
Blood stasis is the main pathogenesis and one of the main clinical patterns of coronary heart disease. In recent years, many versions of traditional Chinese internal medicine textbooks have been taking stabbing pain as the diagnostic key point of blood stasis pattern of coronary heart disease. Based on the review of ancient books and contemporary research literature, it is believed that the basic characteristics of blood stasis pattern of coronary heart disease should be fixed pain, dark purple tongue, stringy or astringent pulse, and there may be objective evidence of vascular occlusion. Stabbing pain is not the main feature of blood stasis pattern of coronary heart disease, and it may be related to individual sensory differences in some patients with blood stasis pattern of coronary heart disease, or it is related to clinical symptoms caused by arrhythmia.
