摘要

通过对古今玄府从汗孔门户到气血津液精神之通道的概念诠释，从眼科玄府到多科玄府学说建构过程的剖析，并对其构建及发展过程中产生的中医理论概念演变的特征、中医理论建构的逻辑问题、中医理论建构的实体缺位三个方面的问题加以反思，提出中医理论的发展与构建过程中应注意中医概念的规范化研究、中医理论的逻辑自洽性研究以及理论建构中实体结构的研究。

Abstract

This paper interpreted the ancient and modern concepts of sweat pore， varying from the portal of sweat pores to the channel of

， blood， fluids， essence and spirit， and analyzed the theory construction from ophthalmology to multidisciplinary sweat pore. Reflecting on the characteristics of the evolution of the traditoinal Chinese medicine （TCM） concepts during the construction and development process， as well as the logical problems and entity structure absence of TCM construction， it is proposed that attention should be paid to the standarization of TCM concepts， the logical self-consistency of TCM theories， and the entity structure study in theory construction during the development and construction of TCM theories.
