摘要

总结韦贵康教授以骨坚散联合韦氏奇术手法治疗股骨头坏死的经验。认为股骨头坏死主要以肝肾亏虚为本，痰瘀及风、寒、湿、热为标，属虚实夹杂之证，宜在固本祛邪的原则下采用补肝肾、祛痰瘀及除风、寒、湿、热相结合的方法进行治疗。临证不同时期均运用骨坚散为内服方加减应用以补益肝肾、活血化瘀、健脾益气止痛；并根据股骨头坏死兼症及病理特点选择韦氏奇术手法中的推散法、松解法和理顺法进行治疗。以“方+术”从整体论治，达到标本兼治的目的。

Abstract

This paper summarized Professor WEI Guikang's experience in treating osteonecrosis of the femoral head （ONFH） with

Gujian Powder

（骨坚散） and Wei's extraordinary manipulation. The root of ONFH is mainly liver and kidney depletion， with phlegm and stasis， cold， wind， dampness and heat as branch. As it belongs to deficiency-excess complex， the method of supplementing liver and kidney， dispelling phlegm and stasis， and removing wind，cold， dampness as well as heat is suggested， and the principle of consolidating the root and dispelling the pathogens should be followed. In clinical practice，

as an

internal formula could be used in different stages with modifications， so as to supplement and boost the liver and kidney， activate blood and dissolve stasis， fortify spleen， boost

and relieve pain. At the same time， one or more of the Wei's extraordinary manipulations was used according to the concurrent symptoms of ONFH and the pathological characteristics， such as pushing-loosening， loosening， strengthening. By combining the formulas and manipulations and using the concept of holism， both the root and the branch could be treated simultaneously.
