摘要

基于“态靶辨治”理论构建恶性肿瘤临床辨治新模式，临证首先辨识肿瘤虚实两态，实态辨郁、寒、热、瘀、痰、湿、风基本态，虚态辨气血阴阳亏虚态和脏腑功能虚损态；其次辨识恶性肿瘤之病靶、症靶和标靶，肿瘤的核心病靶即不同类型的癌毒，症靶即肿瘤相关临床症状，标靶即肿瘤标记物。治疗主张态靶结合，通过祛邪复衡、扶正固本以调态，通过抗癌解毒、对症用药以打靶。态靶结合辨治体系发展了传统中医学对恶性肿瘤的认识，可为恶性肿瘤的现代中医临床诊疗提供新思路。

Abstract

This paper constructed a new model for clinical differentiation and treatment of malignant tumors based on “state-target differentiation and treatment”. Firstly， it is suggested to differentiate deficiency from excess state； in terms of the excess state， the basic states of constraint， cold， heat， stasis， phlegm， dampness and wind should be differentiated； for deficiency state differentiation， the depletion state of

yin

，

yang

， and disordered state of zang-fu

organs （脏腑） are focused on. Secondly， the targets of disease， symptoms and branches of malignant tumors should be figured out. The core disease targets of tumors are the different types of cancer toxins， while symptom targets are tumor-related clinical symptoms， and branch targets are tumor markers. For treatment， it is advocated to combine the state and targets， and regulate the state through dispelling pathogen and restoring balance， reinforcing healthy

and consolidating the root， and hit the targets by resisting cancer， resolving toxins and using symptomatic medication. The system of state-target combined differentiation and treatment has promoted the understanding of malignant tumors in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）， and can provide new ideas for modern TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors.
