摘要

目的

分析2017—2022年海外有关针刺疗法的研究现状和发展趋势，为针刺疗法的未来发展和国际影响力的提升提供借鉴。

方法

以Web of Science核心合集数据库为文献来源，检索2017年1月1日至2022年4月1日发表的针刺研究文献，运用CiteSpace 5.8.R3分析软件对海外针刺疗法研究文献的发文时间、高频关键词、研究机构、作者及地区分布等进行可视化分析。

结果

2017—2021年海外的针刺研究年发文量为470~518篇，2022年仅检索至4月1日，发文量为67篇；发文量前二位的国家分别为美国（726篇）、韩国（440篇），主要研究机构有庆熙大学（Kyung Hee Univ，韩国）、东方医学研究所（Korea Inst Oriental Med，韩国）和哈佛医学院（Harvard Medical School，美国）等；发文量排名前三的期刊分别为《医学针灸》（Medical Acupuncture）178篇，《针灸与经络研究杂志》（Journal of Acupuncture and Meridian Studies）114篇，《针灸医学》（Acupuncture in Medicine）和《替代和补充医学杂志》（Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine）均为97篇；发文量排名前三位的作者分别为Junhwan Lee（韩国）32篇、Hijoon Park（韩国）31篇、Jun J Mao（美国）27篇。对关键词进行聚类分析，得到complementary medicine（补充医学）、auricular acupuncture（耳针）、quality of life（生活质量）等9个有效聚类；共现分析排在前五位的高频关键词分别为acupuncture（针刺）653次、management（治疗手段）271次、pain（疼痛）261次、electroacupuncture（电针）168次、therapy（疗法）167次；突现分析排名前五位的突现词依次为activation（刺激）、breast cancer（乳腺癌）、children（儿童）、questionnaire（问卷）、traditional Chinese medicine（中医药）。

结论

2017—2022年海外针刺研究主要集中在治疗手段研究、镇痛、电针治疗等方面，研究热点经历了从关注耳穴疗法、电针疗法等疗法，到重视对抑郁症、焦虑症、失眠等疾病的治疗，再到探索作用机制、安慰剂效应等方面的转型，未来在深化针灸理论内涵、拓宽针刺临床适应证、创新针刺临床适宜技术、关注中医药循证医学领域研究和提升我国针灸英文期刊国际影响力等方面需进一步加强。

Abstract

Objective

To analyse the current status and development trends of overseas research on acupuncture from 2017 to 2022， thereby providing reference for the future development and international influence enhancement of acupuncture.

Methods

The Web of Science core collection database was searched for overseas research on acupuncture from January 1st， 2017 to April 1st， 2022， and CiteSpace 5.8.R3 software was used to visualize and analyze the time of publication， high-frequency keywords， research institutions， authors and regional distribution of the literature.

Results

From 2017 to 2021， the annual publication volume of overseas research on acupuncture ranged from 470 to 518， and 67 papers were retrieved until April 1st in 2022. The United States （726 papers） leaded in the number of articles published， with South Korea （440 papers） in the second place. The main research institutions were Kyung Hee University （South Korea）， Korea Institute of Oriental Medicine （South Korea） and Harvard Medical School （United States）. The top three journals in terms of publication volume were

Medical Acupuncture

（178 papers），

Journal of Acupuncture and Meridian Studies

（114 papers），

Acupuncture in Medicine

（97 papers） and

Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine

（97 papers）. The top three authors were Junhwan Lee （South Korea） with 32 papers， Hijoon Park （South Korea） with 31 papers， and Jun J Mao （United States） with 27 papers. Cluster analysis of the keywords obtained nine effective clusters such as complementary medicine， auricular acupuncture， quality of life. The top five high-frequency keywords in the co-occurrence analysis were acupuncture （653 times）， management （271 times）， pain （261 times）， electroacupuncture （168 times）， and therapy （167 times）. The top five emergent words were activation， breast cancer， children， questionnaire， and traditional Chinese medicine.

Conclusion

Overseas research on acupuncture from 2017 to 2022 mainly focus on management， analgesia and electroacupuncture. Research hotspots have changed from therapies including auricular acupuncture and electroacupuncture to focusing on the treatment of depression， anxiety， insomnia and other diseases， and then exploring the mechanism of action and placebo effect. In future， it is suggested to further deepen the theoretical connotation of acupuncture and moxibustion， broaden the indications of acupuncture， innovate the clinical appropriate techniques of acupuncture， pay attention to the research on evidence-based medicine， and enhance the international influence of English-language journals of acupuncture in China.
