摘要

胰腺是人体重要的消化器官，明确胰腺的中医脏腑归属和生理特性，探索胰腺疾病的中医病位、病因及病机，从而为胰腺疾病的中医辨治提供思路和指导，是中医藏象学说重要的研究课题。通过比较、分析胰腺与中医“脾脏”的古今解剖与生理功能论述，对胰腺的中英文名称进行溯源，提出“胰脾一体”的观点，即胰腺是中医“脾脏”的重要组成部分，是中医“脾脏”发挥生理功能的核心器官，基于此提出胰腺疾病可从“脾”论治，使用“运脾七法”治疗糖尿病，从脾痈论治急性胰腺炎，从湿热滞脾、因滞而虚辨治胰腺炎癌转化。

Abstract

As the pancreas is an important digestive organ of the human body， it has become critical issues to clarify the belongings of pancreas to traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）

（脏腑） organs and its physiological characteristics， and explore the disease location， etiology and pathogenesis of pancreatic diseases in the field of TCM visceral manifestation theory， so as to provide ideas and guidance for differentiation and treatment of pancreatic diseases with TCM. By comparing and analyzing the ancient and modern anatomy and physiological functions of the pancreas and the “spleen” in TCM， and tracing the origin of the Chinese and English names of the pancreas， the viewpoint of “the pancreas and spleen as a whole” is put forward， that is， the pancreas is an important part of the “spleen” and the core organ performing the physiological functions in TCM. Based on this viewpoint， it is proposed that pancreatic diseases can be treated from the “spleen”， such as treating diabetes by “seven spleen activating methods”， treating acute pancreatitis from spleen abscess， and differentiating and treating transformation of pancreatitis to cancer following the principle of deficiency due to stagnation.
