Differentiation and Treatment of Heart Failure Combined with Pulmonary Infection by the Method of “Clearing, Dispersing, Supplementing, and Transforming”
Heart failure combined with pulmonary infection is characterized by heart-lung
qi

Thus, clearing, dispersing, supplementing, and transforming as the main treatment methods were proposed. “Clearing” refers to the method of clearing heat to release the exterior, clearing heat from the
ying
level to relieve heat, and clearing heat and cooling blood, based on the degree of differentiation of pathogenic heat and stagnation of
qi
