摘要

腹膜假黏液瘤（PMP）是低度恶性黏液性肿瘤，可归属于中医学“鼓胀”范畴。认为脾肾阳虚是PMP术后患者的发病基础，寒痰水饮是其主要病理产物。PMP术后治疗的重点是术后临床症状和痰湿体质的改善，控制复发为治疗的难点。提出应以温补脾肾、化痰利水为主要治则，采用附子理中丸合真武汤加减治疗，达到改善症状、提高生活质量、预防复发的目的，为PMP术后的临床治疗提供思路。

Abstract

Pseudomyxoma peritonei （PMP） is a low-grade malignant mucinous tumour， which can be classified under the category of "tympanites" in traditional Chinese medicine. It is believed that

yang

deficiency of the spleen and kidney is the basis of the pathogenesis of postoperative PMP patients， and cold-phlegm and water are the main pathological products of PMP. The focus of postoperative treatment of PMP is to improve the postoperative clinical symptoms and phlegm-dampness constitution of patients， and to control the recurrence of PMP is the main difficulty of the treatment. It is proposed that warming and supplementing the spleen and kidney， dissolving phlegm and draining water should be the main treatment principle， prescribed by modified

Fuzi Lizhong Pill

（附子理中丸） plus

Zhenwu Decoction

（真武汤）， to achieve the purpose of improving the symptoms， enhancing the quality of life， and preventing the recurrence of the disease， and to provide ideas for postoperative treatment of PMP in clinic.
