摘要

总结曹洪欣教授辨证分型治疗变应性鼻炎的经验。结合变应性鼻炎的临床特征、发病特点，认为其主要病机为脏腑虚损或伏邪羁留体内，又感外邪侵扰，导致机体对于外界环境的适应性降低，正虚邪实，邪聚鼻窍，清窍不利而发为鼻鼽。临床常分为肺脾气虚、营卫不和，肾虚肺热、风邪犯肺，肝胆郁热、风邪袭表三种证型进行论治，分别运用玉屏风散合桂枝汤、自拟荆防桂芍地黄汤、清空汤加减化裁治疗。

To summarize the experience of Professor CAO Hongxin in syndrome differentiation and treatment of allergic rhinitis. Based on the clinical and pathological characteristics of allergic rhinitis， it is believed that its main pathogenesis is

Yupingfeng Powder

（玉屏风散） plus

Guizhi Decoction

（桂枝汤）， self-prescribed

Jingfang Guishao Dihuang Decoction

（荆防桂芍地黄汤）， and modified

Qingkong Decoction

（清空汤）， respectively.
