摘要

病毒感染后慢性疲劳综合征是疫病恢复期以持续性疲劳为核心表现的综合征，具有持久化、不具睡眠恢复性、脑雾现象明显、加重反应等特性。认为本病病机属“宗卫气虚”，即宗气生化乏源、卫气循行失序，从而呈现出形气俱损的“疫后虚劳”状态。宗气、卫气贵在“动而不耗”，故内治强调益元助运以复宗气，自拟平补疫后虚劳方；外治强调疏调气络以利卫行，通过八段锦导引、规律作息及呼吸吐纳促进卫气周流。

Abstract

Post-viral chronic fatigue syndrome （CFS） is a condition characterized by persistent fatigue during the recovery phase of infectious diseases. It is marked by prolonged duration， not be recovered by sleep， significant brain fog， and post-exertional malaise. This paper has proposed that the core pathogenesis lies in deficiency of pectoral and defensive
