摘要

基于《黄帝内经》“肺在色为白”分析肺与皮毛的生理联系及经络循行特点，提出肺脏功能失调是面颈型白癜风形成的关键病机。以调理肺脏功能为核心，从风热犯肺、痰湿蕴肺、肺热壅盛及肺阴亏虚四个证型进行辨证论治，治以疏风清热、宣肺透邪，宣肺化痰、健脾祛湿，清热泻肺、平喘止咳，滋阴清热、补益肺气，临证可分别以银翘散、茯苓杏仁甘草汤、麻杏石甘汤、麦门冬汤化裁进行治疗。

Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor

（《黄帝内经》）， the physiological relationship between the lung and the skin and hair， as well as the characteristics of meridian pathways， is analyzed. It is proposed that dysfunction of the lung is the key pathogenesis of facial and cervical vitiligo， with treatment focusing on regulating lung function. Syndrome differentiation is conducted for four patterns， wind-heat invading the lung， phlegm-dampness accumulating in the lung， lung heat excess， and lung

deficiency. Treatments include dispersing wind and clearing heat， diffusing the lung and eliminating pathogens； diffusing the lung， resolving phlegm， strengthening the spleen， and dispelling dampness； clearing heat from the lung， relieving asthma， and stopping cough； nourishing

Yinqiao Powder

Fuling Xingren Gancao Decoction

（茯苓杏仁甘草汤），

Maxing Shigan Decoction

（麻杏石甘汤）， or
